Whether eating with your family, hosting a dinner party, informal buffet or eating on your own, Blueberry has a range of dishes for all. So order starters, main courses and desserts at a moments notice and entertain at your ease. In addition, we offer a full range of salad's and snacks, our own specially baked breads, pastries and other sweet thing. All you have to do is decide what to eat.
In essence Blueberry is aiming to produce food with a home cooked feel using seasonal produce that where possible is sourced locally. Blueberry is not about fast food, it's just good food that you the customer can pick up quickly. Blueberry offers a range of high quality, hand prepared dishes, with no additives, colourings or preservatives.

Raised in Tralee, Will Fitzgerald trained as a chef in Galway. He then moved to London to train under such chefs as Marco Pierre White, Anton Mossiman and Richard Corrigan. Following a couple of years at the Savoy Grill, Will returned to Ireland as Group Executive Chef for the Fitzers Group in Dublin. In 1999 he moved to Kilkenny and became the Executive Chef of the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel. With his wife Kerry and their desire to produce food that they could be proud of, they decided to open Blueberry.
